It all starts with the individual: self-knowledge and self-management are the first steps toward effective collaboration. In our foundational session – called Me First© – we take participants through a range of communication skills and conflict resolution training exercises, based on the results of psychometric instruments.
Through these means, people deepen their insights into their own personalities and behaviours. Among other instruments, we use the Strength Deployment Inventory, the Thomas Kilmann Conflict Mode Instrument, various TTI DISC formats, and the Profiles International suite of assessments.
Our workshops show people how to integrate this essential knowledge into their daily practices, assisting them to work more effectively, both as individuals and team members.
