Our work in conflict management encompasses a wide variety of strategies and tactics that enable people to experience conflict as a means of reaching a deeper, fuller understanding of themselves and others from which significant new solutions may emerge. With positive intentions and a willing spirit, “conflict” actually can become a creative force in the workplace.
Sometimes the best way to overcome barriers that can lead to conflict is to enlist a disinterested outsider to moderate the conversation. This is where we come in. Our methods range from an informal, facilitated session in which people feel comfortable to speak their truth in safe circumstances, to the formal mediation process – an explicit procedure to create a specific resolution.
